Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time All AstroPaws posters are made to order by our print-on-demand production partner. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be produced and dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We ship to Portugal and across the European Union. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us at hello@astropaws.art before placing your order. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and are in addition to production time. Once dispatched, your tracking information will be provided where available. In accordance with EU law, we aim to deliver all orders within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. All applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where available from our fulfillment partner.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments Under EU consumer law, we bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods until they are physically delivered to you. If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of delivery) at hello@astropaws.art with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a free replacement (reprint) or a full refund. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will investigate with our carrier and provide a replacement or refund.
