Personalised Products AstroPaws products are personalised physical posters produced individually based on information you provide (such as your pet's name, birth date, and other details). In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Portuguese Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (the right to cancel and return) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your poster is made to order and cannot be returned or refunded based on a change of mind.

Non-Personalised Products For any standard (non-personalised) products we may offer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@astropaws.art with a description and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly by arranging a reprint or a full refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
